Accounting topics include internal decision making, financial statement analysis, taxation and auditing. You'll analyze financial records and accounting information to aid in strategic planning and business development.

For this rigorous program, you need to have demonstrated an ability to do well in your quantitative core courses. To self-declare the Accounting option, you must achieve a minimum grade of 60% in each of COMM 293 and COMM 294.

Understanding your electives
42 elective credits | 27 of 42 credits must be non-Commerce. A minimum of 12 credits of these electives must be at the 300- or 400-level. 15 of 42 credits can be COMM or non-COMM electives. A minimum of 3 credits of these electives must be at the 300-400 level. NB: a total of 15 credits from all your elective credits, whether Commerce or non-Commerce, must be at the 300-level or higher. |
