Sign Up for a Review Session, 1:1 Help, or a Workshop
The CLC offers support on COMM, Math, and Econ courses. We also offer Writing Consultations, Professional Communication, and help with learning to use Financial Databases, Digital Media Software, and more. The new sign-up page will be updated here on March 16th. Appointments beginning March 23rd will be available to book at that time.
For now, please continue booking appointments on Canvas calendar. However, if you are curious about this new system in the meantime, look at our FAQ’s below.

CLC Jane Sign-Up FAQ's
How can I sign up for a session?
You can book directly through the CLC Booking Page. - Click on the session you want to book.
- Choose the available timeslot on the “Book an Appointment” page.
- When the confirmation pop-up appears, click “I’m Done” or “Book More”.
- You’ll be taken to the “Thank You for Booking” page — you’re all set!
How can I join a waitlist for a certain session?
If a session is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. - Complete the CLC Booking Waitlist Form (also accessible through the CLC Booking Page).
- Ensure Staff or Discipline matches the session.
- Select the dates and times you wish to be notified about.
- Choose SMS or Email notifications.
- You’ll be redirected to “Your Account” page, where your waitlist request will appear.
⚠️ Please Note: When a spot opens, everyone on the waitlist is notified. Appointments are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
You can manage your appointments from “Your Account” page
Under Upcoming Appointments, select the appointment you want to cancel or reschedule.
⚠️ Please Note: We ask that you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. When you cancel, waitlisted students are automatically notified.
How do I find the location of my session?
Locations are listed at the top of the session description in the CLC Booking Page, and in your booking confirmation/reminder emails (denoted with ‼️).
⚠️ Please Note: Be sure to note the specific room number or Zoom link, not the general CLC address shown on the booking site or calendar event.
How do I add appointments to my preferred calendar software?
Appointments can be synced automatically to your calendar
- Go to "Your Account" page:
- Access it via the link at the bottom of your confirmation email, or
- Click on the "My Account" button in the top-right corner of the booking page after signing in.
- Click "Subscribe to your calendar".
- You will be redirected to a new page "Calendar Subscriptions". Choose an option or manually embed the .ics subscription link into your preferred calendar app.
How do I manage email and text reminders?
By default, you'll receive reminder notifications for:
- Changes to your booked appointments.
- Waitlist openings (only for sessions that you've joined the waitlist).
- A reminder 48 hours before your session.
To update your preferences:
- Go to "Your Account" page
- Access it via the link at the bottom of your confirmation email, or
- Click on the "My Account" button in the top-right corner of the booking page after signing in.
- On the side bar, click "Notifications & Reminders".
- Adjust your notification settings.
- Click "Save Preferences".
