Why a Minor in Commerce?  

A Minor in Commerce equips you with foundational business knowledge that complements your major. Whether you are studying Arts, Science, or Engineering, business skills such as accounting, marketing, finance, and management are universally applicable and enhance your employability across various fields.

Many of the Minor in Commerce courses are offered in a Flexible Learning format to allow you to take them along with your own program requirements.

What is required of you?

Attendance

As a UBC student, you are expected to regularly attend all of your classes, including associated lectures, labs, tutorials, seminars, and any other course-related activities. Both excused and unexcused absences may be taken into account when evaluating your overall attendance.
