Fred Pennance Award in Urban Land Economics and Real Estate (#1026)

An award is offered by the Y. P. Heung Foundation in honour of Professor Fred Pennance, an engaging professor who shared his passion for real estate and public policy with a generation of students. The award is for an outstanding undergraduate student enrolled in the Real Estate option in the Bachelor of Commerce Program at the UBC Sauder School of Business, who demonstrates scholarship, leadership, and involvement in student and community activities.
