Known issues

UBC's Workday Implementation Team is actively working to resolve known data migration issues from the Student Service Center to the new system. If the Log in to Workday Student message you received indicated that there are data sync issues affecting your record, please wait for further updates and instructions. Do not submit this form.

If the Log in to Workday Student message you received indicated that there are currently no known data quality issues with your record, but you encounter any data quality issues as you review your record in Workday Student, please reach out to Enrolment Services as instructed.

Registration

If you have completed prerequisites/co-requisites that are not recognized in Workday, please review our website for further instructions: https://mybcom.sauder.ubc.ca/regi-assist

You may observe discrepancies between your Academic History and the Academic Progress Report (APR). The Undergraduate Office is in the process of updating all students’ APRs. Please do not report discrepancies in your APR at this time while we complete this work. Please refer to the BCom course planning worksheets to track your degree requirements and plan your courses.

Program and registration-related issues

The following webform is for UBC Sauder BCom students to report program and registration-related technical issues related to Workday Student. If you are a student registered in another program at UBC, please refer to supports provided by your home Faculty.

Valid reasons to request technical assistance through this webform may include:

  • Being unable to resolve saved schedule alerts or error messages (after reviewing Tutorial: Troubleshooting your saved schedule)
  • Technical issues preventing registration when your registration opens
  • Encountering unexpected system errors during registration

Please provide a detailed description of your issue and attach any relevant screen shots if applicable. 

Reported issues may take several days to resolve. We will provide updates on the status of your request as soon as we have information to share.

Please note that requests submitted through the Technical Support form for any non-program or registration-related technical issues will not be reviewed.
