Awards have been made available annually through a gift from Colin Scarlett & Family for students in the Bachelor of Commerce program with an interest in commercial real estate who are from communities that have been historically, persistently and systemically discriminated against. Leadership and financial need may be considered. Colin Scarlett and his family established this award to help increase equity, diversity and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry.
