COMM 431 - Law of Business Organizations and Corporate Governance

This course examines the statutory provisions and case law that govern the creation and governance of sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, joint ventures and franchises in British Columbia. The fiduciary duties of partners, directors and officers are also examined.
