COHR 406 - International Human Resource Management
The purpose of COHR 406 is to familiarize students with the context, practices, and achievements of International Human Resources Management.
After completing this course students will:
- be aware of the various dimensions of the international context that affect HRM.
- understand the complex relationships between these dimensions and the diversity of HRM practices.
- understand critical HRM issues, their implications for stakeholders and the challenges of successfully managing them.
Prerequisite: COMM 292 and one of COMM 203, COMM 392.
