CREW Vancouver and Conwest Award for Women in Real Estate (#1055)

Awards have been made available annually through a gift from Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Vancouver and Conwest Developments for domestic third- or fourth- year women in the Bachelor of Commerce program who are specializing in Real Estate, in good academic standing, and demonstrate leadership skills through community involvement or volunteerism. Conwest is a local, privately-owned developer with a 40-year history specializing in industrial developments in Metro Vancouver. This award was created in remembrance of Lee Hester (Dip. Urban Land Economics 1993), a commercial real estate broker and member of CREW Vancouver, and in recognition of his work with CREW Vancouver to empower women in the commercial real estate industry. The awards are made on the recommendation of the UBC Sauder School of Business.
