COMM 490A - Directed Studies

An investigation and report on a topic to be agreed upon by a member of the faculty and a senior student. Directed Studies allow you to receive course credit for an independent study/project completed under the supervision of a Faculty member. Once you have found a professor who has agreed to supervise your project, download the Directed Studies form at mybcom.sauder.ubc.ca/files/directed-studies-form.

With the form, you will be required to provide a course outline describing your project and a summary of how it will be graded. Please submit the completed form and course outline to the UBC Sauder Undergraduate Office for approval and registration.
