Registered Clinical Counsellor for the UBC Sauder School of Business
Nafiza Ali (she/her), MA, is the registered Clinical Counsellor for the UBC Sauder School of Business. Nafiza offers drop-in and short-term mental health and wellbeing counselling to undergraduate and graduate students at UBC Sauder. She also facilitates workshops and provides outreach support tailored to the concerns and needs of students, staff, and faculty.
Students can book an appointment with Nafiza to discuss any personal, professional, or academic concerns impacting their lives.

About the group
Feeling overwhelmed? You're not the only one. Join other Sauder undergraduate students in a supportive five-session group to learn practical tools for balancing university life, managing stress, building confidence, and finding a sense of belonging. Connect with peers who are on this journey with you.
This is a drop-in group so students are free to attend as many or as few sessions as they may need.
