Sauder Wellbeing Exchange
About the group
Feeling overwhelemd? You're not the only one. Join other Sauder undergraduate students in a supportive five-session group to learn practical tools for balancing university life, managing stress, building confidence, and finding a sense of belonging. Connect with peers who are on this journey with you.
This is a drop-in group so students are free to attend as many or as few sessions as they may need.
Group session topics include:
- Finding your place: Navigating Expectations and Finding Belonging
- Managing Academic Expectations & Workload
- Work-life Balance: Juggling it all
- Caring for your Mental Health & Wellbeing
- Dealing with Self-Doubt & Comparison
