Visits typically last up to two hours and include a presentation, company tour, Q&A and/or networking session with key representatives.

Trek China takes place during odd years only (i.e. 2017, 2019, 2021).
The next Trek China program will take place over 5 days in May 2017. The application deadline is January 2017.
The Trek China program fee ranges from $400 to $600, which goes towards the cost of the hotel and organized ground transportation. Students must pay for their own flights, meals, and personal ground transportation.
Applicants to the Trek China Program are assessed on the following criteria:
- 2nd, 3rd and 4th year BCom students
- Interest in working in China
- Strong academic record
- Group interview
- Language skills an asset, but not required
- Ability to be a UBC Sauder ambassador
