Why share?

By sharing in SEAT, you're helping future graduates make informed career decisions. Your anonymous data will help us develop and improve our resources and build out out database of alumni job data (up to 6 months after graduation).

After sharing, you can also access exclusive information about the jobs UBC Sauder students have landed up to 6 months after graduation. Use the information in SEAT’s Research Tools to make career decisions, guide your job search, and negotiate your salary.

Tap into valuable job data on:

  • Which companies have hired UBC Sauder grads.
  • Sources used to find jobs in specific industries (e.g. BCC/UBC Facilitated Events, COOL job postings, etc.).
  • Average base salaries.
  • Job offer trends.

In SEAT you can also find job data for business school graduates across Canada, the U.K., and the United States. This will help give you a broader perspective on the job market you're entering.
